Natural Supplements for Our Pet & Animal Friends

     Like us, our animal friends can be tested naturally, simply use a surrogate for testing (see my book Natural Health Analysis). In most cases, they will use the same herbs as we do for the same weaknesses. The following list shows some examples and specifics:

Animal Maintenance Formula (A.M.F.-W): Complete natural nutritional support of multivitamins and minerals.

Vitamins: Borage, Brewers Yeast, Chippewa Pine, Dandelion Leaf, Parsley, Wheat Germ, Wild Rose Hips, (Combinations): CA.-W, HI.K-W, Vita-Lixir.

Minerals: A.C.S. (All Cells Salts), Dandelion Root, Kelp, (Combination): V.M.-W.

Natural Antibiotic: Bee Propolis, Garlic, Golden Seal, Wild Rose Hips. 

Healthy Nails, Skin, and Coats: Horsetail, (Combinations): H.N.S.-W, V.M.-W.

Anxiety, Nervousness, and Stress: Brewers Yeast, Hops, Rice Bran, Scullcap, Valerian Root,                 (Combinations): D.A.N.-C, EH-T, E.R.-Two, E.R.-Two with Mimunus, Kava Kava Combination. 

Convulsions, Muscle Spasms, and Shaking: Scullcap.

Poison Antidote: Black Cohosh, Virginia Snake Root, (Combination): P.A.-K.

Rabid Dog or Animal Bite: Scullcap plus one of the above poison antidotes.

Expel Parasites, Round and Tape Worms: Black Walnut, Blue Vervain, Male Fern, Mugwort, Parsley, Rue, Tansy, Thyme, Wormseed, (Combinations): Mugwort & Wormseed Combination, W.-W.                                                 Note: Do not give Rue or Tansy during pregnancy of your pets as it promotes the menstrual cycle.

Expel Hook Worms: Wormseed.

Expel Pin Worms: Mayapple, Pumpkin Seed, (Combination): W.-W.

Expel Lice: Oil of Cajeput (applied externally).

Repel Fleas and Ticks: Garlic.

Heart Worms: To kill host Chippewa Pine or Chuchuhuasi. To kill hatched eggs HT Combination.

Hip Dysphasia: Combine following herbs together A.C.S (All Cells Salts), Black Walnut Meats, Chippewa Pine and (Combination): Ol' Number 11.

Repair Arthritis, Bones, Cartilage, Nerves, and Tissue: Black Currant, Chuchuhuasi, Meadowsweet, Nettle, Rosemary, Sunflower Seed, Una De Gato, Willow, Yucca, (Combinations): A.-W, Ol' Number 11.

*Note: Salicylic acid can cause fatal reactions in cats. Do not give them White Oak Bark or White Willow Bark
